Our team are currently looking for an experienced and enthusiastic IT Business Analyst.
What you'll do:
As the vital link between business needs and technical solutions, your role will be dynamic and impactful. Each day, you'll gather, analyse, and document business requirements from stakeholders. You'll dive into existing business processes, pinpointing areas ripe for improvement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft and implement effective solutions.
The ability to facilitate workshops and meetings will ensure seamless alignment between business objectives and technical capabilities. Additionally, you'll support project management by defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Your role will also involve assisting in user acceptance testing (UAT) to guarantee the successful implementation of changes. Finally, you'll develop and uphold standards, templates, and best practices for business analysis activities.
About you:
1. You hold a Certification of Capability in Business Analysis™ (CCBA®) or Certified Business Analysis Professional™ (CBAP®).
2. Educational Background: Ideally, you possess a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology.
3. You have hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
4. You have demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst.
5. You are skilled in business process modelling, data analysis, and reporting tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, and Tableau.
6. You work effectively within teams to address business challenges.
7. You are an adept communicator, negotiator, and influencer, capable of managing communication strategies with diverse stakeholders.
8. You can work independently with strong analytical, problem-solving, creative, and critical-thinking skills.
