The role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of safety, environmental compliance, and quality across various project sites. You will play a key role in the successful delivery of our projects, working closely with the Project Manager, Electrical Superintendent, and other team members to maintain our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Monitor electrical works to ensure compliance with safety requirements.

·        Ensure all personnel are adequately trained and competent.

·        Assist in the procurement of sub-contractors to meet environmental standards.

·        Conduct quality audits and ensure adherence to standards.

·        Ensure sub-contractors meet their contractual obligations.

·        Maintain high standards of quality throughout project execution.

·        Support the Project Manager in developing team capabilities.

·        Assist with project planning, budgeting, and scheduling.

What you Need

·        Minimum of 3 years of industrial electrical experience.

·        Qualified Licensed Electrical Fitter Mechanic.

·        Construction Induction Card.

·        Perform CPR and Low Voltage Rescue.

·        Confined Space Entry certification.

·        Additional qualifications such as EEHA, Cert IV in Instrumentation, and Provide First Aid are desirable.
