We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join our Water Team. Based on-site and in-office, this role offers the opportunity to manage impactful projects that enhance communities while fostering your professional growth.

As a Project Manager, you will:

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring scope, time, cost, and quality expectations are met.
• Oversee safety, environmental, and quality management processes, fostering a culture of compliance and excellence.
• Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and project success.
• Drive team performance through mentorship, collaboration, and resource management.

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you will have:

• 3+ years in project management, with demonstrated success managing teams of 12+ and project revenue of $2-5M annually.
• A degree in engineering, construction management or a related field, alongside relevant certifications such as Senior First Aid, Construction Induction Card, and Working at Heights.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
