About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive. In this role, you will be assisting customers who contact us via online communication channels and provide support to our sales staff who work in our optical stores. Your expertise will be crucial in providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The core responsibilities include

  • Responding to customer online inquiries and provide guidance on our optical products and services.
  • Responding to internal operational inquiries from our store-based workers about orders and other sales related activities.

This role requires a person who is available to work on weekends and outside normal business hours to ensure our stores are supported when they are working.

About the person

  • Strong understanding of retail/shop sales environment, preferably in optics.
  • Prior customer service experience in a retail or hospitality environment.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Strong computer software use skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Flexibility to work on a shift basis, including weekends.
