About the role
As a stand-alone Senior Operations Specialist reporting to an Australian-based Executive Management, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing operational excellence and contributing to the sustained growth of start-up businesses. You will lead initiatives to streamline processes, manage various operational and IT projects, oversee vendors and suppliers to scale up companies, and report on diverse business operational activities.

About the person
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Commerce, IT, or a related field, underpinning your operational management capabilities.
- Prior experience in an technical operational role, preferably within a SAAS business, with a proven track record of maintaining and improving operational processes.
- Strong ability to analyze data, generate reports, and use insights to make operational improvements.
- Excellent English communication skills for effective team and client interaction, ensuring smooth operational flow.
- A proactive approach to identifying and solving operational challenges, enhancing efficiency and service quality.
Our employees currently enjoy working from home full time. However, in future it may be necessary to work in a Colombo-based office on a hybrid basis. Therefore, this position is available to those living in Colombo.
