Are you a skilled Heavy Diesel Mechanic looking to advance your career?

Join our growing team as a Leading Hand within our new machine build team where you'll coordinate and supervise the commissioning and equipment assembly of Komatsu's full construction range.

Roster: Monday - Friday

Role Located: Campbellfield, VIC

Skills and Qualifications:

• Prior experience with new machine builds
• Ability to schedule and delegate tasks effectively
• Strong communication skills and a key team player
• Professional self-starter with keen attention to detail
• Working knowledge of Quality Assurance and commitment to its principles
• Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team
• Basic to intermediate computer skills

Certifications:

• Certified Tradesperson
• Prior experience in equipment assembly
• Previous experience as a Leading Hand
• Forklift, working at heights & First aid certification (desired)
