What's so exciting about this role?

You will be supporting the team and be responsible for handling calls predominantly from our customers and brokers who call in to our central phone number with their queries. You would also manage some administrative tasks for the different teams helping us to provide market leading customer service.


What does an average day look like?

No day is average at flexicommercial but here’s an idea of what you can expect to do in this role:

  • Respond to inbound calls/emails/voicemails from customers, finance brokers and other parties in relation to a variety of queries whilst adhering to privacy principles and policy guidelines.
  • Attending to basic queries directly with customers/brokers or passing on clear messages for internal teams, where queries are outside remit of the role.
  • Liaise effectively and efficiently with internal departments particularly Collections and Asset Lifecycle teams to resolve customer and broker queries quickly.
  • Undertake basic customer account management tasks to efficiently resolve customer issues.
  • Manage inbox for various internal teams, replying to emails or allocating them to the relevant department/staff members.
  • Prepare letters, invoices and other documentation to assist internal departments with their administration requirements.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can collaborate with everyone to get things done. Prior experience in a call centre environment, sound written and verbal communication skills are a must for this role.
