In this role, you will combine your strategic acumen, project management expertise and HR knowledge to lead and execute People/HR initiatives that align to the overall business strategy. You will collaborate closely with key business stakeholders, cross-functional partners, the People team, and Chief People Officer to design, implement and oversee projects that enhance our culture, strengthen engagement, effectiveness and overall performance and success. 

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES


HR Strategy Development

• Work closely with People leadership and organisational stakeholders to design and refine People strategies and programs that support global and long-term goals.

• Conduct thorough research and analysis of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovative People solutions.

• Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans, ensuring alignment between People initiatives and business goals.


Project Management and Execution

• Lead end-to-end project management for People initiatives, from conceptualization to implementation, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

• Collaborate with global People team and cross-functional partners to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

• Regularly report on project progress and identify potential risks and obstacles and develop contingency plans to mitigate them effectively.


Operations and Process Improvement

• Evaluate People processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies for increased efficiency and effectiveness.

• Work closely with People team to standardise processes, streamline workflows, and consistency where relevant.

• Drive the implementation and utilization of HR technology and tools to enhance operational excellence.

• Support in creating standardized metrics and evaluation processes across People programs to ensure data-driven approach.



Change Management and Communication

• Collaborate with the Chief People Officer to support communications within the People team and across Hamilton Locke, Source and HPX teams at large.

• Develop change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of People initiatives across the organisation.

• Design and execute effective communication plans to keep stakeholders informed about project milestones, updates, and changes.

• Collaborate with team and business partners globally to accomplish objectives across varied and different international context.

• Structure communication and meeting cadence, and drive plans across diverse teams

• Coordinate People team regular meeting structure, quarterly planning meetings and support Chief People Officer in the design and execution of team development days.


Stakeholder Engagement

• Act as a liaison across the global People team and key stakeholders across the broader organisation, promoting transparency and fostering positive relationships.

• Engage with senior leadership to provide strategic insights, solicit feedback, and present recommendations for People strategies and projects.


QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven track record of successfully leading and executing complex HR projects

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and measure project success.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas and concepts to diverse audiences.

• Proficiency in project management tools and HRIS systems.

• Change management expertise, with a demonstrated ability to navigate organizational change.

• Innovative mindset with a passion for staying current with HR trends and technologies.

• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.


EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

• 5 years of experience in HR strategy development, project management, and HR-related functions.

• Project Management certification ideal
