An exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing business with an amazing culture. We are looking for a Platform Administrator, focused on bridging technology and operational needs to ensure the smooth functioning of our internal platforms.
This role presents an opportunity to be a critical support position within the Innovation and Technology team. You will have the chance to develop new processes, update and improve existing processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and engage with business stakeholders to translate their requirements and feedback into platform operations.
The Role
In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, improving, and managing platform processes, troubleshooting user-reported issues, and proactively identifying opportunities to optimise platform performance.
Responsibilities include:
- Serve as a superuser for internal platforms, including practice management, travel, and document management systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues and inefficiencies raised by users.
- Understand workflows and their integration across platforms to improve system functionality and user experience for our people.
- Design and implement new workflows to address business needs, with a focus on continually optimising operational processes.
- Analyse and assess requests for platform changes to determine feasibility and alignment with the business's goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align platform capabilities with strategic objectives.
- Assist with platform onboarding and integration processes for new business acquisitions and teams, facilitating seamless adoption of our systems.
- Take ownership of platform-related projects and problems, providing solutions and driving implementation.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a strong technical aptitude and familiarity with professional services platforms such as practice management and document management systems.
- Has a proven ability to troubleshoot issues, understand workflows, and identify inefficiencies.
- Has experience in designing, configuring, and implementing workflows.
- Possesses strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
- Is able to operate independently, identifying and prioritising tasks without needing close supervision.
- Has excellent communication skills, with the confidence to make decisions and engage with stakeholders to understand and address their needs.
- Is adaptable and tech-savvy, thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Has experience working in cross-functional teams and managing different stakeholders.
- Experience in professional services will be highly regarded but is not essential.
