Your opportunity 

As a Territory Manager at Lincoln Sentry, you’ll play a critical role developing, maintaining, and expanding relationships with established and prospective customers to achieve business goals and sales objectives. You'll demonstrate the value created by Lincoln Sentry through our service, distribution, branch network and technical offerings.

Our extensive range of products includes draw and hinge systems, security and screening, louvres, residential and commercial door and window hardware, sealants, tapes and films, safety equipment and many other products. 

Here’s what you’ll be responsible for: 

  • Delivery of business financial outcomes – sales revenue and gross margin budgets
  • Ensure new product development penetration into existing and new markets
  • Develop and deliver detailed customer account and call cycle plans
  • Maintain product knowledge and be the technical expert across Lincoln Sentry’s cabinetry joinery and architectural hardware products

What you’ll bring 

  • Demonstrated sales experience in an account management and business development capacity
  • Strong customer service and communication skills (both written and verbal) 
  • Ability to work autonomously with proven experience in meeting sales targets
  • Analytically minded with the ability to interpret data and prepare tendered agreements
  • Strong computer skills and experience using CRM system

Although not essential, it would be great if you have... 

  • Trade facing industry experience
