The Role
As a Porter, you'll ensure guests have a seamless enjoyable stay. This role requires a friendly, proactive individual who is physically fit and enjoys guest interaction.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Transfer of guest luggage between the island ferry and accommodation
- Transfer of guests between airport and property
- Delivering exceptional guest experience
- Upkeep and cleanliness of grounds and gardens
- Maintenance tasks across all park assets and facilities
- Cleaning of communal areas such as BBQs and amenity block
- Ensure the Park is compliant with all safety and brand standards
- Daily park operational tasks

Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a similar role or in grounds keeping and property maintenance
- A current valid driver’s licence is essential with ability to drive manual vehicles
- Ability to safely operate powered hand tools & equipment
- Great communication and relationship building skills
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude
- A focus on always providing excellent customer service
- Excellent time management skills and flexibility to work over a 7 day roster
- Knowledge of correct manual handling techniques and WHS awareness
- Pool maintenance experience would be advantageous
