Duties
- Lead the kitchen alongside the Head Chef.

Skills & Experience
- Sous Chef experience.
- Cert III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent).
- Driver's license.
- Leadership and team-building skills.
- Food Safety supervisor Certificate
