About You:
- Available for a flexible 7-day roster, including morning, afternoon, and active night shifts.
- Experience in Complex Behavioural Supports and Mental Health - highly regarded.
- Passionate about human rights and social change.
- Empathetic and understanding of diverse backgrounds.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Current or willing to obtain relevant regulatory requirements.
