Are you a dedicated, bold, and resilient individual? As a Customer Service Officer, you will report to the Customer Service Team Leader and help improve service quality by handling customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints.

A day in the life of a Customer Service Officer…

  • Be the first point of contact for customers, providing excellent service.
  • Respond to and resolve customer feedback and complaints.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks and ensure policies are followed.
  • Identify issues that need escalation and ensure quick resolutions.

Skills and Experience which will make you stand out…

  • Sound computer literacy, confidence adopting systems and technology.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite – primarily Excel and Outlook. 
  • Resilience, boldness, and dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities to effectively handle customer interactions.
  • Proficiency in adhering to policies and procedures, ensuring consistent and accurate execution.
  • Ability to collaborate within a team environment and escalate matters when appropriate.
