Head of Internal Communications

You will use your skills and passion to:

• Create engaging content across multiple channels, including an exciting new team app, intranet, and face-to-face updates and presentations using a mix of tools, including videos, webinars and team events.
• Support internal projects, initiatives and campaigns by developing and implementing employee communication campaigns and events.
• Engage with people leaders across the business to identify and share business and people news using the most effective ways to reach our people.
• Monitor the level of engagement and effectiveness of campaigns and channels with a focus to always improve how we do things.

What you need to succeed

We’re looking for someone with a can-do attitude who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where no day will be the same.

You’ll need:

• Experience: A minimum 5+ years in a senior communications role, ideally in a large front line and geographically dispersed business.
• Relationship-building superpowers: You can connect and inspire at every level, from senior executives to external stakeholders, including creative agencies.
• A sharp eye for opportunity: You spot what others miss and act quickly to turn ideas into reality.
• A fearless approach to feedback: You’re always asking: ‘How can we do this better’?
• Outstanding communication skills: Whether it’s writing an intranet story, developing a staff presentation for our CEO or organising a town hall, you deliver with impact and precision.
• Resilience and adaptability: You remain composed under pressure, balancing big-picture strategy with hands-on execution.
• Tech savvy: You’ll bring ideas and experience in leveraging technology to optimise the way we communicate. Experience in creating and editing videos would be welcome.
