As Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for driving the University's strategic objectives by raising the profile of our brand and enhancing engagement with key communities.

In this role you will:

  • Develop and coordinate marketing project plans, events, and activities to support marketing initiatives.
  • Review marketing collateral, design, and content, ensuring consistency with brand value proposition, visual identity, and audience relevance.
  • Manage low to medium complexity projects, ensuring timely and effective delivery of key marketing objectives.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders such as creative agencies and community partners to ensure successful project execution.

This continuing position is full time and will be located at the Callaghan Campus (Awabakal and Worimi land).

  • Demonstrated experience in executing marketing projects and plans.
  • Strong understanding of branding, marketing strategy, and audience engagement.
  • High-level organisational and administrative skills, including the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • A collaborative and creative mindset, and comfortable working with both internal teams and external partners.

 

What we offer

The remuneration for this position is from $90,316 to $99,655 + 17% superannuation and is commensurate with skills and experience.

  1. A degree with subsequent relevant experience; or extensive experience and specialist expertise in developing and coordinating marketing projects and plans; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
  2. Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with limited supervision and direction, across a variety of channels, particularly in the digital space.
  3. Proven expertise in analysing project outcomes and experience developing and presenting reports to management on how marketing projects and campaigns deliver against stakeholder expectations.
  4. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills including the capacity to build relationships and an inter-disciplinary way of working.
  5. Sound writing skills including experience writing copy for a range of mediums including social and digital platforms.
