About the Opportunity:
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Practice Manager to join our team on a full time basis and lead our practice towards continued success. This will be a 6 month fixed term maternity leave cover, with the view to extend into a permanent position in the future.
The Dental Practice Manager will oversee the daily operations of our dental practice, ensuring efficiency, compliance with regulations, and high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, financial acumen, and a commitment to fostering a positive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the practice, including adherence to health regulations and industry standards.
- Financial Management: Manage financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, while maintaining exceptional service quality.
- Team Leadership: Supervise staffing needs, including interviewing, training, and scheduling, to optimise team performance and meet patient needs.
- Patient Relations: Address patient inquiries and concerns, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and addressing any issues promptly.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with existing stakeholders, and actively seek new business opportunities to enhance the practice’s presence in the community.
About You:
- Proven experience as a Dental Practice Manager or in a similar managerial role within a dental or healthcare setting.
- Strong understanding of dental procedures, office management, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent financial management skills, including experience with budgeting and forecasting.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in practice management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
