Core Fund Manager

The Core Fund Manager is a key member of Scape’s sector-leading and growing Investment Management team. In this important role you will be responsible for leading and implementing the delivery of Scape’s flagship Core Fund, on behalf of global institutional investors. You will act as a conduit between Scape’s Investment Management, Finance, Leasing, Marketing, Operations and Management teams and Core Fund investors, ensuring that we maixmise the value of the fund and deliver on expectations.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

We are seeking a highly motivated, self-driven fund manager to join our team. You will be passionate, capable of building strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, innovative, and have strong attention to detail.

You will also have: 

• 10+ years’ post-qualification experience in real estate, corporate finance, investment banking, management consulting or related
• A strong understanding of the Australian real estate investment market, and Core Program processes and conventions is desirable
• Extensive experience with cash flow modelling and investment valuation techniques including feasibility, analysis, and reporting
• Excellent numerical and financial modelling skills 
• Effective stakeholder manager, capable of building strong external and internal relationships
• Articulate, credible, confident and willing to contribute ideas in one-on-one dealings with directors, investors and senior stakeholders 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
