Scape Summer Internship - 2025 Program

WHO WE ARE?

Scape’s vision is to be the Earth’s best living company (so you can see straight off the bat we are a conservative bunch!). We are a leading provider of student accommodation in Australia. We currently have the capacity to provide a home to 18,000 students (and are growing) and we don't simply provide a bed and roof; we also provide a unique, amazing experience and a safe environment to help students make the most of their studies.

We are taking our commitment to students to the next level and offering a number of summer internship positions to work on site at our head office. We have exciting intern opportunities to work with our developments, finance, human resources, investment management, legal, marketing, and technology teams.

THE SCAPE SUMMER INTERN PROGRAM

The Scape summer intern program is a structured, paid six-week program, commencing Monday 13 January 2025 and concluding Friday 21 February 2025.

Through the six-week program you will:

• have the opportunity to meet individuals from across the various Scape teams and find out about the different career paths and opportunities available at an organisation like Scape
• participate in a variety of training activities facilitated by Scape team members to develop skills that will help you both during and after the internship
• gain valuable on-the-job experience in a department relevant to your current studies and interests (dependent on availability)
• contribute to a group project to propose a solution or solutions to an actual business challenge or opportunity. As part of this project you will have the opportunity to present your recommendations to a panel of Scape leaders.

WHO SHOULD APPLY?

To be considered for the 2025 Scape Summer Intern program you must be:

• A current Scape resident, with a lease covering the duration of the internship
• In your final two years of study
• Able to commit to the full six-week period of the summer internship (Monday 13 January to Friday 21 February 2025)
• Able to commit to the Virtual Recruitment session on Thursday 7 November
• Studying relevant subjects such as human resources, law, business, marketing, commerce, finance and information technology
