ABOUT THE ROLE
- Initiate and run programs for residents that will assist in their development socially, culturally, and academically.
- Participate in the running of Community Orientation Programs, ensuring a smooth transition at the start of each Semester.
- Maintain an excellent knowledge of and share services available to residents within the Scape family, universities, colleges, and the local community, and how to access them.
- Be a source of advice and assistance to residents, supporting their university experience.
- Make a point of knowing residents in your area and encourage feedback to ensure continuous improvement.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATES
You’re a customer service superstar that thrives when working with people. You’ll be high energy, driven and detail focused. Enjoy working in a fast-paced diverse environment, building strong relationships comes naturally and a genuine team player. The below minimum criteria also apply:
- You will be a resident at the property in the period you wish to be employed.
- You will be a student in the period you wish to be employed.
- You have not received any breach notifications whilst living at the property.
- Strong communication skills.
- Submitted all required documentation before the application deadline.
- Initial Assessment Date is Friday 31 January 2025.
- Have or are willing to secure a Working with Children check (Blue Card, if in QLD) Please note, these checks can take a few weeks to be completed.
- Available to work evenings and weekends.
- Available to work at least one Semester.
