THE ROLE

As the Night Manager, you are responsible for ensuring the safety and security of residents as well as ensure the effective management and escalation of incidents.

This is a casual role, working 2-4 nights from 11pm – 7am on a rotating roster.

As a Night Manager your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conduct nightly financial audits
  • Manage night shift operations, including guest services and smooth operations
  • Verify guest accounts, resolve discrepancies, and generate reports
  • Ensure premises security, monitor CCTV, and address emergencies
  • Coordinate with other departments for smooth communication.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest needs promptly.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

You are a passionate and skilled Night Manager, where the importance of a fun and vibrant stay coupled with the safety of our residence is of the utmost importance. 

  • 2+ years in customer service/operations.
  • Ability to work shifts from 11pm - 7am
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organization, handling multiple tasks accurately and maintaining top-tier customer service.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and database management.
  • Leadership and supervisory experience.
  • Exceptional customer service and conflict resolution abilities.

The successful applicant will require Working with Children Check (WWC) and Police Check upon appointment.
