In this newly created role as a 360 Recruitment Consultant in the Rockhampton region, you’ll drive sales, expand our client base, and nurture existing relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Conduct comprehensive candidate sourcing, screening, and selection processes to identify top talent for our clients.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial client engagement to candidate placement and beyond.
• Proactively identify emerging trends and market opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of recruitment initiatives and deliverables.

Who you are:

• Motivated, results-oriented individual with extensive recruitment experience
• Excellent communicator and relationship builder with proven experience driving sales
• Self-motivated and adaptable who enjoys working autonomously with minimal supervision
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and bring new ways of thinking!

Our successful candidate must hold:

• Valid working with children check (or willing to gain one)
• Current drivers licence
• Current National Police Check (within the last 12 months)
