About the Role:
Customer Service is our priority and is the driving force behind our vision and values. With more and more people relocating across the country and the globe, our services are more in demand than ever. This is a rare opportunity to join our high performing Sales team as a National Sales Consultant, working in a hybrid role from home and in the our Clayton South Office where success will come easy as you capitalize on communicating our quality services and products.
You will be part of a long-standing, highly experienced team that has proven their success year after year. Reporting directly to the National Sales Manager, who is all about supporting you to make your mark and reap the rewards. As this role is responsible for responding to all relevant inbound enquiries, your ability to build rapport with clients is essential as you will be helping them to navigate the logistics and stress of relocating.
Some of what you will be doing:
- Maintain exemplary customer service throughout
- Promote full suite of services to ensure our clients’ needs are met
- Assist with any service issues ensuring effective and timely solutions
- Promote customer feedback as we strive to always improve
- Formulating pricing and proposals that best suit the client
About you:
Ideally you will have experience in an inbound call centre environment but we are happy to talk to individuals who are outcome focused. If you can demonstrate you are a proven customer-centric and solution-focused individual that's also a bonus. This role is not a hard sell, the key is to have empathy and respect for our broad client base.
