About the Role:

Customer Service is our priority and is the driving force behind our vision and values. With more and more people relocating across the country and the globe, our services are more in demand than ever. We are looking for an experienced Manager to run our Albury facility. This is a rare opportunity to step into a well-established branch and make your mark immediately. With high performing sales and an Operations team that will excel under great leadership, this is a critical role that with the right person, will build on the success of this branch and the region.  This is a highly strategic and operational role that requires an individual who can step into all areas of the business and lead by example.  

Some of what you will be doing:

  • Maintain and grow the profit position of the branch through effective management of the sales function and operational expenses
  • Promote, advocate and deliver the highest level of customer service across all areas of the business
  • Support, guide and lead your team focusing on development and collaboration to achieve success
  • Ensure Kent’s safety standards are met on site and your most important asset, your people, advocate safety as a priority

About you:

The success of this team will be determined by the expertise and leadership of an experienced Branch Manager who has run a similar operation and has demonstrated success. We don’t want to maintain our position we want someone to come in and continue to grow it. So, looking outside the box, trying new things, and finding efficiencies are the traits we are looking for. 

What else we are looking for:

  • Your commercial acumen means you know the ins and outs of how to run a successful business
  • Sound operational understanding that can juggle labour, inventory, equipment, warehousing, purchasing and the forward thinking to keep on top of it all
  • You know and understand people and you invest in their development and training
  • A good understanding of operational efficiency and cost control
  • An understanding and passion for sales and what it takes to drive your team to success
