The Opportunity

We are currently looking to appoint an Assistant Design Manager to join our team. In this role you will be assisting with the coordination of the design process and design documentation to ensure the most efficient design in terms of the contract brief, cost and construction programme. 

To be successful in the role you will have:

• Bachelor Degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management
• 1+ years’ experience within a building contractor environment
• Exposure to CAD and BIM technology 
• Experience using Aconex, Bluebeam and similar construction software
• Competent user of office 365 programs including Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, PowerPoint  
• Adept at working collaboratively with others. 
• Developing commercial acumen
