The opportunity

We are seeking Site Supervisors for an education, data centre and industrial project. As a Site Supervisor at Hindmarsh, you will partner with the Project Manager and Site Manager to manage site activities.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinate on site construction activity including sub-contractors, labour, and delivery of materials
  • Oversee the standard and progress of subcontractors' work
  • Liaise with subcontractors to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Participate in the development of and the management of the project in accordance with the specific Project Management Plan
  • Obtain a thorough understanding of the scope associated with the contract documentation
  • Ensure adherence to SQE policies and compliance with the Hindmarsh Management Systems
  • Ensure that site issues and subcontractors are managed in accordance with the National Code of Practice for the Construction Industry

Required skills and experience

  • Previous experience in the construction industry
  • Trade background preferred
  • Leadership and communications skills
  • White Card, First Aid & Fire Warden
