Claremont Quarter is Perth's premier retail destination, with high streets, Bayview Terrace and St Quentin Avenue seamlessly flowing into two levels of open malls where a cosmopolitan village atmosphere is created. It covers 30,000sqm and is located in one of Perth's most affluent suburbs, drawing shoppers from across the metropolitan area.
Your role as Senior Marketing Manager is to assist in the development of strategy and manage the operational marketing functions of Claremont Quarter to achieve optimal results in visitation, sales and trade area penetration whilst being a Hawaiian brand champion for Claremont Quarter.
Responsibilities will include:
- Work collaboratively with the Centre Manager to develop the asset’s marketing plan.
- Work with the asset team to create and deliver the annual marketing plan to achieve asset sales growth, increased visitation, and other key objectives including revenue generation initiatives, in line with the Strategic Asset Plan and the Hawaiian brand, with a strong focus on performance metrics and ROI.
- Coach and support the Marketing Coordinator in the delivery of the asset’s annual marketing plan.
- Support and assist the Partnership Manager and Corporate Marketing Manager to execute partnership initiatives across Claremont Quarter, and champion local engagement strategies.
- Work with the Customer Insights Analyst to facilitate monthly customer insights meetings to review sales, traffic, and customer insights and optimise marketing and growth initiatives.
- Assist in the development and execution of the centre’s Strategic Asset Plan.
- Work collaboratively with the General Manager, and Centre Manager to develop and execute brand initiatives as determined.
- Report quarterly on the Strategic Asset Plan, and progress against marketing/brand objectives and key results.
- Manage the annual marketing budget.
- Champion innovation projects and research new opportunities aligned to global retail trends suitable for Claremont Quarter.
Qualification Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or Property (or similar field of study).
- Proven experience in a generalist Marketing role.
- An understanding of the property industry, with prior shopping centre experience considered advantageous.
- Experience using multimedia production tools and a range of personal computer applications including Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and other web-based products.
- Valid West Australian Drivers License and own roadworthy vehicle

- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
