This full-time position offers 38 hours per week, a competitive wage, annual leave entitlements and superannuation benefits. As an Experienced Gardener, you will have the opportunity to assist the team leader ensuring our site standards of garden and lawn maintenance are met and exceeded. The landscapes you will be excelling to maintain are across educational campuses, residential and commercial environments within the beautiful region of the Southern Highlands.

Responsibilities 

• Assisting the team leader in all garden and lawn maintenance ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
• Follow schedules and prioritise tasks to ensure timely completion of maintenance activities, including hedging, weeding, pruning, mowing, edging and fertilising to name a few.
• Looking after an array of sites which you can showcase your knowledge and skill in horticulture open spaces.
• Provide and learn new horticultural skills in safe and exciting environment.

About You 

• Experience in Gardening and Horticulture Essential
• Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain
• White Card
• Valid Drivers' license and Vehicle
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Experience in safe operations of Ride on mowers, and general maintenance handheld equipment.
• Experience in maintenance upkeep of machinery and equipment.
