About the Role:

ECCO Harbour Town Gold Coast is looking for a dedicated Sales Associate with a drive to succeed and provide a premium shopping experience for our consumers, selling shoes that practically sell themselves!

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences in a premium fast paced environment, uphold the quality of our brand, and achieve sales of shoes and related products
  • Align with the Visual Merchandising plan and Mystery Shopper standards
  • Process customer orders, returns and maintain inventory according to standards
  • General housekeeping and store tidyness

Skills & Experience:

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have previous retail sales or similar experience with persuasive communication skills
  • Have demonstrated success in achieving KPIs and sales targets
  • Have a commitment and professionalism to providing exceptional customer service as an ECCO brand ambassador
  • Be a team player and natural people-person who thrives on building relationships
  • Demonstrate a growth mindset in an exciting fast-paced work environment 
  • Be someone who LOVES product knowledge and training with a willingness to learn 
  • Have flexibility with your availability, including weekdays, weekends and public holidays
