About the Roles
These roles offer a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and contribute to the success of our growing business.
Assistant Manager: Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Manage daily park and kitchen operations.
- Oversee guest check-ins, reservations, and accounts.
- Assist with budgeting and maximizing revenue.
- Deliver top-tier guest service.
- Inspire and support the team, fostering a positive work environment
- Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements.
Caretaker: Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Delivering exceptional guest experience
- Front Office administration
- Upkeep of grounds and gardens
- Maintenance tasks across all park assets and facilities
- Ensure the Park is compliant with all safety and brand standards
- Daily park operational tasks including after hours/on call cover
About You both
We are looking for a talented couple who can contribute to the smooth running of the park and who have the ability to lead park operations in the Manager's absence.
Assistant Manager:
- Proven experience in hospitality/accommodation management, work stay/village preferred
- People leadership skills with a focus on training and development
- Strong financial management and budget oversight experience
- Tech savvy with RMS experience or similar reservations systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer-centric approach
- Flexibility and availability for weekend and after hours shifts
- Genuine passion for delivering exceptional Guest experience
Caretaker:
- Previous experience in grounds keeping and property maintenance
- Sound computer skills
- Ability to safely operate groundskeeping equipment
- Excellent time management skills
- Great communication and relationship building skills
- Pool maintenance experience would be advantageous
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, evenings and assist with after hours call outs.
- Current drivers licence essential
