The Opportunity and Shift Times:

As a Support Worker at Claro, you will be supporting our customers with daily living tasks, enabling them to live an independent and holistic life based in Hastings, Victoria. Each day may look a little different but your work will be centered around the following:

  • Providing support in everyday daily activities around the home
  • Providing support with hygiene and personal care
  • Assistance, support, and chaperoning activities outside the home environment
  • Assisting with medication compliance which may include the dispensation of prescription medication
  • Meal assistance which may include meal preparation

Shifts:

Monday to Sunday

  • 3pm to 7am ( Inactive sleepover from 11pm to 7am)
  • 7am to 3pm (as required)


To be successful in this role you will have:

  • A minimum qualification of a Certificate III in Induvial Support
  • Experience as a Disability Support Worker
  • Drivers Licence, reliable vehicle and comprehensive car insurance
  • NDIS Clearance, First Aid (3 yrs), CPR (12 months) & National police clearance - or willingness to obtain
  • Able to work a range of shifts including morning, afternoon, night (active or passive)
