What We’re Looking For

We're seeking an Assistant Venue Manager who is ready to take on an exciting role in our brand-new Allenstown restaurant! You’ll be part of a team that doesn’t just manage – we lead with energy, passion, and a commitment to creating exceptional experiences for our guests.

The ideal candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is hands-on, and is committed to delivering outstanding customer service and leading by example.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Venue Manager in all restaurant operations, including staff management, food safety, inventory, and financial performance.
• Train and supervise a talented team, ensuring they uphold our high standards of service and food quality.
• Manage inventory and ordering to ensure efficient operations and minimize waste.
• Drive sales through excellent service, marketing initiatives, and customer satisfaction strategies.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues professionally and quickly.
• Lead and motivate the team to ensure a positive and efficient work environment.

What We’re Looking For in You:

• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and the ability to maintain high standards in a busy environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and varying shifts.
