Site Facilitator (Shutdowns) - Canning Vale WAFlexible

YOUR OPPORTUNITY

Join our national team as a Site Facilitator based out of Canning Vale, providing top-notch service to our customers. As a key player in the industry, we are looking for a dynamic individual to take on this FIFO & DIDO hybrid role involving retail and warehousing work.

This position will see you travelling to customer sites as required, which can include being onsite for up to 2 to 3 weeks at a time. We're looking for someone who loves providing in-person customer service and the unique work variety this type of travel lifestyle provides, and it will include perks like site and meal allowances, and a tool of trade vehicle. 

Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Strict adherence to all customer and company WHS policies and procedures
• Open and manage the trade counter on site
• Provide exceptional face to face customer service and attend to emails and calls
• Handle various tasks such as selling industrial parts & safety products, replenish stock, tracking orders & manage inventory
• Travelling to multiple customer sites for extended periods during shutdowns (2-3 weeks)
• Maintaining close contact with customers to ensure service levels are met
• Undertake stocktakes in accordance with company requirements

To be successful, you will have:

• Previous experience in retail and/or warehousing knowledge an advantage
• A very strong commitment to safety practices and protocols
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with customers
• Ability to work unsupervised and demonstrated reliability
• Computer literate and excellent problem-solving skills
• A valid driver’s licence - essential
• Forklift licence is ideal but not essential
