We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team and help us achieve our sales and customer satisfaction goals. You will work closely with local regional branch team to drive growth in the region. 

Your Key Responsibilities: 

  • Achieve budgeted sales and trading margin contribution targets 
  • Seek and develop opportunities for growth through strategic planning and analysis 
  • Maintain procedures for contract review to ensure customer satisfaction and take necessary corrective actions 
  • Maintain close contact with customers to ensure our products and services meet their requirements. Gather information on customer activities and develop strategies based on their needs 
  • Complete and submit Monthly and Weekly Call Reports to a professional standard 

What You will Bring to the Team: 

  • Previous experience in a sales-based role is highly desirable 
  • Strong customer service skills, including listening and problem-solving abilities 
  • Good understanding of the products and services offered 
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve targets and drive results 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills 
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • A strong focus on meeting customer needs and expectations 
  • A valid driver's license is required
