Your Opportunity: We are excited to welcome an enthusiastic Customer Care Consultant to our Trade Store team in Newman, WA. Ideally, you are a local resident dedicated to providing exceptional service to all our customers.
This is a permanent full-time role with one position available in WA.
- Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30 am – 4:00 pm
- Alternate: Saturdays, 8:30 am – 11:30 am
Your Day-to-Day Tasks:
- Be the first point of contact for all front counter sales inquiries.
- Build strong relationships with our customers, both face-to-face and over the phone.
- Process customer orders and handle credits efficiently.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with a problem-solving mindset.
- Take ownership of store replenishment activities and ensure stock levels are maintained.
What You’ll Bring to the Team:
- Proven experience in trade counter or customer service roles.
- A well-presented and excellent communicator.
- Knowledge of the industrial product market is highly valued.
- A “can-do” attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Experience with or an understanding of the industrial product market is a plus.
