About the role

This is a permanent, full-time position based in Fortitude Valley. You'll be the first point of contact for students’ enquiries via phone, email and face to face at their local campus student support and reception counter. These include general student FAQ’s, subject, progression and all queries that help a student progress in their studies throughout the student lifecycle.

Additionally, this role supports on-campus administrative, student common room facilities and activities support to facilitate engagement and enhance the student experience throughout the student journey from enrolment through to graduation.

Key Accountabilities include:

  • Student enquiries support via face to face and tickets
  • Participate, support coordination and delivery of campus events and campus tours
  • Support student orientation process
  • VET and International student contact point and enrolment officer
  • Provide administrative support to Clinic & Operations Manager
  • Front of house support and clinic reception (as required)

About you

  • Relevant experience in similar customer-focused/admin roles
  • Passion for providing an exceptional customer experience
  • Team player who takes pride in their work and has an innate desire to drive growth and improvement
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to review processes and continually strive for excellence and look at opportunities to improve
  • Tech-savvy with ability to learn new systems as required
