What you’ll do:

Working in a dual role, you will be responsible for Cost Administration and Project Administration. This would suit a tenured Administrator looking to grow their career in Project Services, or a Cost Controller looking for a more varied role. Day to day you will be responsible for;

  • SAP reporting, raising purchase requisitions and ensuring invoices match against various Purchase Orders correctly.
  • Logging into a budget ‘journal’ (spreadsheet) tracking sheet and ensuring it's keep accurate and up to date.
  • Supporting the Project Leadership team with regard to meeting room bookings, calendar management, minute taking, catering and meeting actions.
  • Coordinating site visits for project personnel and liaising with the site team management and facilities for a smooth process.
  • Update mailing lists, meeting invites, people updates when new starters commence or depart.

About You

  • 5+ years of Project Administration experience, ideally working on mining & resources projects
  • Experience working with SAP software, in particular SAP reporting, invoice entry and raising PO's
  • Willingness to perform a dual role involving general administration and cost control
  • Experience in calendar management, mobilisation requests, credit card reconciliations and event/catering requests
  • Ability to time manage effectively and handle multiple priorities at once
