Role Overview: As a Technical Executive at WSP in Perth, you'll occupy a strategic leadership position vital for enhancing the capabilities and standing of our Geo-environmental engineering team. You'll lead and influence major projects in the civil, infrastructure, and mining sectors, focusing on subsurface environmental risks, geosynthetics, embankments, earthworks, and surface water management.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the charge in developing pioneering and sustainable engineering solutions, fostering excellence within the team.
- Guide the successful execution of intricate projects in geo-environmental engineering, urban infrastructure, waste management, mining, and hazardous dams.
- Play a central role in crafting high-level technical documents for clients across all project stages.
- Nurture and fortify client relationships, steering project delivery and business development strategies.
- Oversee technical project delivery, ensuring robust risk management and upholding the highest quality standards.
- Take the helm in project management, with a focus on securing repeat business and achieving desired outcomes for key clients.
- Offer mentorship and direction to a team of engineers, promoting a culture of collaboration and shared project ownership.
- Demonstrate leadership, decision-making, and mentoring prowess to aid the growth of junior, intermediate, and senior engineers.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Hold a master's or equivalent advanced degree in Civil, Environmental, or Geotechnical Engineering, showcasing a robust academic background and specialization in the field.
- Possess relevant professional accreditation and be a registered Professional Engineer, ensuring adherence to industry standards and ethical guidelines.
- Bring a wealth of experience in Civil engineering, with a progressive track record in leadership roles.
