The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a skilled Business Process Analyst to join our Technology team and drive operational excellence across all departments. Working with your Technology peers and Department subject matter experts, you will be key to enhancing business processes of InEight & Interflow’s Core applications by capturing, modelling, and optimising workflows ensuring they align with our strategic objectives. We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional with strong expertise in process mapping, data analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies to deliver impactful results and drive efficiency improvements.

You will bring:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications
  • Proven experience in business process management, documentation requirements, analysis, and re-engineering, preferably within the construction industry
  • Proficiency in process mapping and modelling tools (eg, Visio preferred)
  • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (eg, Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with project management tools and techniques
