The opportunity 

We are looking for a front-end construction Lawyer / Senior Lawyer to join our rapidly growing New Energy team in Sydney. This role will see you working on transformative New Energy projects that are shaping the future of the sector. You will be drafting and negotiating complex legal documents (including EPC and O&M contracts, connection agreements, supply agreements and other general services agreements), providing strategic counsel to top-tier clients, and contributing to innovative New Energy initiatives across Australia and beyond.  

You will collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary team, leveraging your expertise to guide clients through the full project lifecycle of New Energy projects. In addition to your legal work, you will have the opportunity to contribute to thought leadership, engaging in industry discussions and writing articles that reflect the pioneering work of our New Energy team.
