Project Coordinator – Gas Projects  

Zinfra partners with companies across the utility and infrastructure sectors to deliver maintenance, operations, engineering, and construction services. For our partners our work is crucial to maintaining the safety and reliability of their electricity and gas transmission and distribution assets. 

About the role:

The role of a Project Coordinator reports to the Project Delivery Manager and is crucial for the successful delivery of projects. They are tasked with planning, organising, & coordinating both resources & activities to ensure projects are executed effectively. Key responsibilities include project administration, monitoring project progress, reporting updates, identifying challenges & risks, & ensuring that the project adheres to timelines, budget constraints, & quality standards. 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Project administration
  • Schedule creation maintenance
  • Estimating, budget control & forecasting
  • Quality planning
  • Resourcing, procurement & purchasing
  • Risk processes & activities
  • Stakeholder communication

 About you:

  • Understanding project life cycles
  • Knowledge of utility-based construction
  • SAP & Microsoft office suite including MS Project
  • Understanding of risk, financial & contract management
  • Ability to support identification of potential risks & challenges in utility projects.
  • Understanding scheduling, & resource allocation
