About the role:
We are currently looking for an experienced Scheduler to join our team at the Mornington Depot. In this role, you will be responsible for assigning the work program to our Planning team, ensuring strong support for maintenance and fault related tasks.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Plan and schedule work for the next 2+ weeks
- Manage schedule changes
- Complete work order finalisation activities
- Communicate job status to customers and stakeholders
- Collaborate with planning and field teams to optimize crew utilization and efficiency
- Allocate maintenance and fault work to Planners
- Establish high-level maintenance plans and schedule rolling work for 6-8 weeks
- Assist with fault response planning and reschedule incomplete tasks
About you:
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in resource scheduling and planning
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of the electrical industry (preferred but not essential)
