About the role

We’re seeking a passionate, detail-oriented Store Officer to join our supportive team at our Tullamarine depot! If you love organising, coordinating, and delivering excellent customer service, this is a wonderful opportunity for you to shine and contribute to the smooth running of our operations.

Key Responsibilities include

  • Oversee stock movements, keep inventory accurate, and conduct regular checks to ensure all items are accounted for.
  • Pick, pack & receipt materials also providing emergency response support when required.
  • Maintain our stock and equipment database, ensuring data integrity and smooth operations within business systems.
  • Manage deliveries, check incoming goods, and ensure the warehouse remains tidy, organized, and safe.
  • Build positive relationships with field crews, clients, and contractors.
  • Ensure the safe operation of mobile plant and equipment, adhering to safety guidelines and work method statements.

About You

We’re looking for someone with previous experience in a warehousing or logistics role who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

  • Proven track record in warehousing and inventory controls and experience using forklifts.
  • Excellent communication skills and enjoy building strong relationships with your team, clients, and suppliers.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, SAP experience desirable. 
  • Must have high risk forklift licence and Victorian drivers licence (Heavy vehicle desirable).
  • Be able to participate in a 1 in 6 week on call roster once fully trained.
  • Be available to work overtime if required, including weekends.
