About the role
In this role you will focus on information and process management to ensure consistency in the way we are managing the services delivered to the Zinfra Power Services business by subcontractors.
You will be accountable for the administration, reporting, support and coordination of subcontractor activities will ensure that accurate records are maintained through communication between internal teams and subcontractors and the role will also focus on streamlining operations.
About You
You will demonstrate many years of experience in a business support, administrative or project support role, ideally managing subcontractors, along with;
- Systems experience in SAP (or similar ERP system)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to engage with subcontractors, stakeholders and internal teams
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
- Experience in undertaking subcontractor management processes or contract administration preferred
Experience in the energy or utilities sector is preferred, but not essential.
