About the role
We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Team Leader to guide and support our field staff, ensuring the smooth and successful delivery of our projects while upholding the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact through strong leadership and fostering an empowering, inclusive team culture.
Key Responsibilities include
- Lead and nurture field staff, creating a supportive environment that ensures the efficient and safe completion of projects, all while adhering to quality and customer service standards
- Act as a mentor and coach, empowering your team through encouragement, guidance, and the continuous development of their skills. You’ll cultivate a collaborative, positive team atmosphere
- Organise, plan, and partner with your team to ensure resources and equipment are allocated effectively for field activities, guaranteeing that projects are delivered on time and meet customer expectations
- Champion the team in improving operational efficiencies and performance, making a significant contribution to the success of the business and its objectives
- Support financial management with care and attention, ensuring projects remain within budget while promoting cost-effective purchasing and thoughtful resource allocation
About You
We are seeking someone who thrives in a supportive leadership role, with the ability to inspire, nurture, and guide a team in dynamic environments where priorities can evolve. You’re someone who is naturally adaptable, with a focus on both people and process.
- Have a proven track record of leadership, with a nurturing approach to guiding teams in HV electrical construction and maintenance
- Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and demonstrate a strong ability to connect with others while driving results
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently, while still fostering a team-oriented approach to managing dynamic, sometimes conflicting, priorities
- A current Australian Driver’s Licence is required
