About the role

As a Works Ready Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the successful delivery of our programs which involves meticulous planning and coordination to ensure every detail is in place for effective work execution.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all processes, systems, and disciplines are efficiently implemented so that work crews can commence and complete their tasks on schedule and without delay.

Key Responsibilities include

  • Plan and oversee field-based activities, relating to time, cost, quality and safety criteria for planned and emergency situations
  • Lead and manage the team to ensure organisational goals are achieved
  • Manage materials using purchasing system and subcontract services required to complete the work schedule
  • Completion of all reports and job control worksheets

About You

To be considered for this role you will require previous experience working in high/low voltage environments and familiarity with industry standard operating policies and procedures for electrical distribution systems.

  •  Strong understanding of safe working practices, OHS&E principles, and Australian standards
  • Practical knowledge of legal, financial, quality, and risk management concepts and experience applying these concepts to field operations
  • SAP, Word, Excel and planning package systems experience will be highly regarded
  • Certificate III in ESI – Power Systems (or equivalent industry experience) – highly desirable
  • Current Australian driver’s licence
