We're currently looking for a skilled and motivated Electrical Estimator to join our dynamic team and help deliver pricing solutions that are not only accurate, but also truly drive outcomes.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of meaningful, large-scale infrastructure projects—typically ranging from $5 million to $200 million—where your insights and technical expertise will help shape communities and support a more sustainable future.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you’ll play a key part in the development of high-quality pricing submissions for our clients. You'll be working on projects that are often complex, strategic, and vital to Australia’s energy network. With a strong foundation in estimating, procurement, and project delivery, your day-to-day will involve:

  • Carefully reviewing client RFP documentation to identify all estimating requirements
  • Interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and Australian standards to inform your pricing models
  • Bringing together both internal and external cost inputs with confidence and attention to detail
  • Using our business-approved tools—including Expert Estimation—to prepare accurate and competitive submissions
  • Contributing to a collaborative team environment where continuous improvement and mutual support are valued

About You

You’re someone who thrives in a role where precision meets purpose. You love the challenge of interpreting data and transforming it into reliable pricing strategies that support successful project delivery. You’ll feel right at home in this role if you have:

  • Prior experience estimating infrastructure or construction projects in the utilities sector
  • A background working on transmission lines and/or substations
  • Confidence with lump sum estimating schedule of rates, open-book costing, or EPC/D&C models
  • A genuine passion for teamwork, innovation, and shared success

If you’ve worked on design and construct, asset maintenance, BOOM contracts, or similar scopes—this experience will be highly valued.
