About the role
We’re on the hunt for a dynamic Scheduler to join our team in a 6-month fixed term position at our Hume office. This hybrid opportunity (3 days in the office per week) offers a generous remuneration package and the chance to be at the heart of critical planning and operations.
Key Responsibilities include
- Coordinate and dispatch work to field crews with laser precision
- Manage real-time scheduling challenges and emergency work
- Optimise crew utilisation and job sequencing
- Communicate with stakeholders and ensure customer updates flow smoothly
- Collaborate closely with works planning and field teams to drive productivity and performance
- Attend key operational meetings to ensure alignment and proactive issue resolution

- A knack for organisation, planning and problem-solving
