About the role
Are you a detail-driven administrator ready to power up your career in a dynamic, high-performing team? We’re looking for a Maintenance Performance Officer to join us in a hybrid capacity – work from home and on-site either at our Keysborough, Mornington or Glen Waverley depots.
Key Responsibilities include
- Process and issue Planned Maintenance work orders in SAP using provided templates, ensuring accuracy and alignment with KPIs
- Close out completed jobs and process claims, maintaining data integrity across systems and supporting financial reporting
- Provide administrative support to the Maintenance Preparation Coordinators and Planning Team Leader, keeping operations smooth and efficient
- Assist with purchase order management and general admin tasks, showing initiative and an eye for commercial detail
- Collaborate across teams to track, monitor, and improve work order quality, escalating risks and bottlenecks as needed
About You
You’re a natural organiser with a sharp eye for detail and a proactive mindset. Whether it’s juggling competing priorities, keeping systems up to date, or supporting a high-performing team, you thrive in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and collaboration matter. You take pride in your work, communicate clearly, and always look for ways to improve processes and outcomes. You will also bring the following:
- Solid admin experience and an eagle eye for detail
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel is your best friend)
- SAP experience (or a willingness to learn quickly)
- Great communication skills and a team-first attitude
- The ability to work independently, take initiative, and deliver results
