About the role
As a collaborative Business Reporting Analyst, you'll develop data-driven insights that empower our Zinfra Jemena Network Services teams to thrive. Your role supports operational excellence by fostering strong relationships with stakeholders while supporting and guiding them through data analytics. You'll share your expertise to develop inclusive reporting solutions that bring teams together, ensuring our yearly works program succeeds through your careful attention to detail and supportive approach. Working closely with power users, you'll help create harmonious data ecosystems that enhance decision-making across the organization. Your dedication to continuous improvement will build trusted partnerships while maintaining quality standards that support our client relationships.
Key Responsibilities include
- Developing and maintaining interactive dashboards by collaborating with operations teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring fit-for-purpose reporting systems
- Leading data model design and table relationship management to maintain data integrity and quality across multiple systems, including Power BI, SAP HANA, and Business Objects
- Monitoring operational and technical reports while ensuring development milestones are met and implemented solutions align with business requirements
- Analysing monthly and year-to-date variations for business reports, coordinating with stakeholders to gather timely contributions and insights
- Identifying process optimization opportunities and automation potential, working alongside the Data & Process Analyst to establish performance improvement metrics
- Integrating data from diverse systems to meet specific reporting requirements across various operational groups, maintaining documentation for all reports and metrics
- Conducting user training sessions and solution testing while supporting monthly operational project delivery team meetings
- Contributing to enterprise-wide reporting streamlining initiatives by implementing consistency standards and identifying efficiency opportunities

- Demonstrated expertise in analytics and reporting, with deep understanding of sustainable solutions through thoughtful data modelling and relationship building
- Strong proficiency in SAP Reporting tools, Power BI, data warehouse systems and Advance Excel Skills, coupled with a natural ability to share knowledge and mentor others
- Proven track record in collaborative requirement gathering and the delivery of engaging user training sessions
